Anniversary Gift and Emma's Survival Kit
So I've been really crafty the past few days... First off, i started making an anniversary card and noticed this empty glass salad dressing bottle on my desk... Soooo, I decided to pass on a card and wrote my husband a "Message in a Bottle"... I covered the glass with paper to hide the labels that WOULDN'T come off!! I tried and tried and was just making a mess, so i covered it. I had to add the flowers because there was also a little label there so the flower covered it up nicely. I used Sure Cuts Alot to cut out For Ben on it. :) Inside a paper rolled up with a "message" to my husband. Hope he likes it! Our 1 year wedding anniversary is tomorrow, I can't believe it's been 1 year already!! <3 Couldn't be happier.
Also, yesterday i went to my friends out all day to hang out with her. She had her wisdom teeth out so I made her a "Emma's Wisdom Teeth Survival Kit"... I put in crayons I had left over from the Kid's Table at my wedding and my Friend Sam and I went to the store and got her apple sauce, ice cream, activity book, coloring book, and a deck of cards. :) I have to check in with her today. Yesterday she was really sick from the anesthesia and the pain meds. Poor Emma!
That's it for now... This week I have to make a card for my Nephews Birthday. It was actually last Thursday but they are having his bday party next weekend since the family has a wedding Sunday and everyone will be here. Two of my sister in laws live in New Jersey so with all of them up here, it makes it easier for them, instead of coming home two weekends in a row. :)
But off to enjoy my Annivesary Weekend! Hope everyone enjoys their weekends too!!
